Okay, so there's gonna be some changes coming soon that I've been working on, which is why I haven't been blogging full-time recently lol

But basically, there will be no more Friday Females, Song of the Week or video of the week....

Instead I'm gonna have something different which combines them all ;)

I thought that I would blog for a good cause today :)
And I just wanna promote this charity bike ride in aid of Prostate Cancer UK. On the weekend of 14-16 June, it will go 155miles from Wembley Stadium to Amsterdam and hoping to raise awareness as well as funds to help the 250,000 UK men living with prostate cancer today.
